The installers were very professional and pleasant to work with... they were willing to help us move a fridge before they started the installation. They communicated well throughout the process and helped us decide between the two color choices that we were considering by sprinkling a bit of the flakes for us to evaluate. 

Dan explained everything so well - he spent the time teaching us about the product and service. Every single member of the crew was highly courteous and helpful. Not only is the product the best, the whole company is committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

First of all, ,I looked at quite a few companies to complete this project. By far Hello Garage was the best. Dan the franchise owner was so professional and was very knowledgeable about the product as well and how it compared to other suppliers' products. Providing a lifetime guarantee was a huge benefit. He was truly the only person that tested the concrete in all places and used laser accuracy for the measurements, provided a brochure with all the information on Hello Garage and had a professional business card as well. The true benefit of this company is that they have the best product, best warranty and the one of the best prices. On top of that the installation was done professionally by Matt, Andrew and Mark
